CrossFit Training

CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied, high intensity functional movement", and is a training program invented by Greg Glassman in 2000. It is now a brand that is recognized worldwide for extreme effectiveness and is a popular choice among military and police units around the world, because of it´s unique ability to create all-round fitness. To start CrossFit training at CrossFit Midgard, you first need to complete the "Beginner´s Course" which is 4 weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
